Our Tools
Thermal Imaging
Infrared camera services are included with every inspection we preform. These cameras detect differential temperatures that would otherwise be invisible to the naked eye. Infrared technology is ideal for investigating areas of moisture intrusion, as well as determining the adequacy of heating and A/C systems.
Drone Inspections
We also come equipped with an aerial drone, which allows us to better inspect tile roofs, second or third story roofs, or any other areas of roof covering that may otherwise be inaccessible. Drone Inspections are available upon request.
Moisture Meters
Moisture meters are used to measure the percentage of water in a given substance. This information can be used to determine if the material is unexpectedly wet or dry, which may reveal evidence of active plumbing leaks, wood deterioration, and/or the presence of biological substances.
