Insured For Your Protection
We
carry E&O (Errors and Omissions) and general liability to protect
you and your agent. This is very important because no insurance is
required by the state of California. Please ask for a copy of our
insurance information.
San Diego Home Inspection Buying,
selling or staying in the property you own, a property inspection just
makes good sense! Understanding the condition of the systems and
components of a home are critical when it comes to purchase,
repair and maintenance decisions.
A
professional property inspection is an impartial third-party visual
evaluation of the physical structure, electrical, plumbing, heating,
air conditioning, roofing, interior and exterior.
Within
48 hours of completion the home inspector will e-mail you a
computer generated inspection report with pictures.
This home inspection will come in the format of a PDF and
will detail the condition of each item inspected.
Two Certified CREIA Inspectors are Provided on Most Houses In
most cases two CREIA certified home inspectors will be on site to
expedite your inspection. All inspectors are both ITA and CREIA
certified inspectors. Certifications are important because the
state has no requirements for home inspectors.
Investments in Knowledge Pay Dividends Real
estate is usually the largest investment you will ever make, yet many
people do so without knowing the condition of the home they are
purchasing.
That
is why a professional property inspection is such a valuable
investment! An analysis of the property, conducted by a specially
trained, certified and completely objective inspector, can
identify nonfunctioning systems, damaged building components, safety
issues and quality installations.
Having
this information before you purchase, sell, repair or remodel any home
can return many dividends, both financially and emotionally.
Listing Inspections -Change with a Changing Market
As
the market evolves into a buyers market a listing inspection can keep
you ahead of the curve and in control of your transaction. The
inspection can give you an accurate assessment of the condition of the
property and provide additional disclosures. Why additional disclosures
are beneficial: Your client can choose to repair items at their
leisure. This is more convenient and less expensive than when
discovered by the buyers inspection. Your client can choose upfront the
items they do not plan to repair or replace. This helps prevent against
contracts that will eventually fall out and in turn save time and
money.
